You have to unsubscribe from this addon in order for this one to work.

Type mat_specular 0 in console to disable reflections.

To address the Elephant in the room, at least to ask a simple question; will there be a new addon to add enhanced and colourable Halloween cosmetics, like the Spy's Facepeeler?
