Game setup
1. Create a game in Finland



2. Set it to the Premier League



3. Fill out manager details



4. Select a team


Meeting Santa
1. Search: "FC Santa Claus"



2. Go to the club overview screen



3. Arrange a friendly with FC Santa Claus



4. Once the friendly is proposed, continue until they respond



5. Celebrate the achievement!


Notes
  • It does not have to be December 25th in gametime or in real life.
  • FC Santa Claus will always accept the friendly proposal.
  • You can do it in another country, but Finland is the closest.
  • Set it to an away friendly, as they will find it too far to travel.

I had to put the system date at 25th December to get the archivement

The in-game date does not need to be 25th December, nor does the real (computer) date, you just need to have FC Santa Claus accept the friendly proposal. Sports Interactive made it accessible for everyone after FM13 came out :)
