描述
Allies Unknown has a built-in way of hooking into vanilla mission rewards.

For LW2 however, it requires a separate mission, so I made one designed to be a twist on the traditional VIP Escort: the alien operative you'll be escorting comes armed by default, able to use their squaddie skills on the battlefield.

(So shinobi operatives will be *very* easy to escort, as one might imagine.)

This mission can spawn in contacted regions, and requires a minimum level of intel gathering in the region before you have a chance of detecting it.

Known Issues
Alien VIPs have invisible weapons. This can be fixed with a reload.

I've got this mod, along with most of the species mods, and the allies unknown running, (and LW2 of course) but for some reason I don't actually get an alien VIP to escort when I get this mission type. It just gives me some generic dude, and he's not even armed. Anything else I should be doing?

Hey, sorry to ask here, but I'm fairly sure it's related to a map or mission type, I'm not sure.. Is there any way you could help with this?

In short I'm crashing the .exe after loading some missions, yet I've been able to do most mission types, so maybe it's map related I really don't know.. It seems totally random, too! I really want to be able to play again. I know I already asked on one of your mods, but I won't ask on any more. I really hope you can help, thanks!

I've gotten Salarians, Quarians, and Turians, but no Asari or Krogans. I have all 5 race mods, but they haven't shown up in this mission. Do the Krogans and Asari have a reduced chance of appearing, or have I just been unlucky?

I May not be the creator, but yes you do, and must have the Shen's Last Gift DLC and you'll be able to build geth units in the Proving Grounds

does any one know how I can get the geth ally soldier? Do I have to subscribe to "buildable geth" to get the geth?

Hallo,
I have a mission-type suggestion i would like to share.
An ambush type of mission with something like reliably warned forces. Advent on overwatch or ambushing aliens. Non patroling units and/or fortressed evac-zone.
Could be a rescue mission or small headquarter run.

This sounds really cool, but not sure how to make it work. I have to download the original, the overhaul and each race? And then what? Sorry, not my forte here.
