Starting the game for the first time will install Games For Windows Live (GFWL) bundled with the game. This is the EXE version of GFWL that doesn't work and you're unable to pass through the Press "ENTER" stage. Instead you need to find and install GFWL using the MSI package.

• Start the game at least once, before following the guide below. This is important, since on the first start, Steam will install the broken GFWL.
  
• Uninstall anything you find related to Games for Windows Live initially installed by Steam.

• The EXE version of GFWL doesn't work. Download the MSI directly from Microsoft and install it.

If unavailable, simply google for xliveredist.msi: https://www.google.bg/?q=xliveredist.msi hopefully you get it as a first result.

• Run the game. Press "ENTER".
  
• Choose to "Create New Profile". DO NOT click "Continue"!!!
  
• Instead, scroll the text down and click the small link "create a local profile".

• Enter a username. Click DONE. Enjoy the game!!!
