Beskrivning

Pack of 4 low-density residential RICO apartment blocks: A 4-storey level 2 and a 5-storey level 3, both in red and white bricks. The balconies are sub-buildings that use the awesome semi-transparent rotor shader discovered by Ronyx69.
These assets are RICO because it isn't possible for growables to use semi-transparency. Without the mod, the assets are parks without any stats.

Loading Screen Mod optimization: 2 textures are shared between the 4 assets.

I too get the seagulls. But they're already marked as residential. So how do I get rid of them?

to fix this is simple, just add a Local RIco settings and change park for residential low or high.

@BOT David This is unfortunately their normal behaviour, since the vanilla game puts seagulls over all parks. I made them parks so that you could place down as many as you want even without RICO, but that's the unfortunate consequence. The No Seagulls mod would solve that :)

Beautiful apartment, thank you so much! Only thing is that (maybe it's because I'm using this updated Ploppable RICO https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2016920607&tscn=1585544016 and not the old one you have listed as the requirement) when I prop this down, I get a lot of seagulls flying around it because it's classified under Beautification (i.e. parks, etc.). Do you think this is something that can be fixed?

I only noticed it because I put down 20+ of them in one area
