Step 1: Left click.
Step 2: Right click at the same time as left click.
Step 3: Repeat as if a man's life depended on it.
Step 4: Watch as it sways from death to life.

One thing that I'm sure takes many people a while to realize is that the right mouse works also. I simply thought I wasn't left clicking fast enough.

P.S. Mashing keys works too!

I've gotta try this... since left click has been so ineffective the dude's head get chopped literally in less than a second.

I learned about the clicking and keys trick a while back, but I came back to play and It didn't work.
I think the spacebar and left+right click is more effective.

Just press W, A, S, D and left+right mouse button at the same time and you should be good to go all the time.
