Hide HEV hands

You'll never guess what this does:
Makes the default HL2 hands invisible.
W O A H .

Use it however you want I guess.
Needed to use the reanimations I put out after this because I'm lazy.

For those of you people who use HEV playermodels:
If the playermodel is using custom textures or new arms completely, the HEV will still show up. So don't freak out.
