I ask for a little more of your patience, because this mod and RJL's trucks will need to be updated again soon for 1.37's openable windows. Once 1.37 is out of beta and the RJL trucks are updated, I will update this mod with both fixes for the wipers and the windows.
Go to def/interior and open all the animation files (ex. "5s_animations.sii") Replace the two lines that say "wiper_delay[]: 2" & "wiper_delay[]: 1" with the following:
wiper_duration_and_delay[]: (2.0, 2.0)
wiper_duration_and_delay[]: (2.0, 1.0)
wiper_duration_and_delay[]: (2.0, 0.0)
wiper_duration_and_delay[]: (1.0, 0.0)
