Disable Flashlight

Ever wanted to disable flashlight on your server but can't understand how?
Here's a simple addon that disables flashlight for everyone on the server, and it works on singleplayer.

Future Updates:
- Menu with permission edit (giving flashlight permission to teams/users/groups)
- Purchaseable flashlight by NPC

Q: Why not just disable it in config?
A: Not everyone knows about that, which makes it easier to just download an addon.

Q: It doesn't work?
A: Did you remember to restart either Garry's Mod or your server?
