Head of Medusa

描述
Harness the abilities of mytholigical character Medusa!

Description
Any enemies that dare to travel near enough to the Head of Medusa will have a chance to gaze into her eyes, being turned to stone.

What This Mod Does
Enemies that come close to Isaac have a chance to be turned into a Stoney upon item use. This is a 3 room charge active item. There can only be a maximum of 3 Medusa created Stoneys at a given time for balance — it can get overwhelming during a Ragman fight for example. After that enemies are just killed.

obviously I would want an item that turns enemies into the most annoying thing in the game

This item seems pretty... bad. I'd say change the enemies in to the disabled stationary turrets, since the stone fatties are annoying enough as it is. I don't need more of them.

I'd suggest changing the name to Medusa's Head to be in line with the other heads. Great job on the mod.
