The same case also applies for jigglebone/visible visual corruption, check for the broken bone and define it.
If you aren't getting textures, find $cdmaterials and look where its trying to grab said textures and then either create that path and put the textures in there or edit the $cdmaterials path.
Example, if your material path is,
$cdmaterials = "tex\male\"
Then you would go into the materials folder and create folders "tex", then inside that folder create "male", and then put all the textures in the male folder.
Or edit the filepath to where you put your textures. If you edit the filepath, you'll probably need to edit where the VMT files are grabbing the VTF textures.
If you are still getting errors, read a VMT file and see where it's trying to grab the basetextures. Create the folders, and then put the VTF files in there. Or edit the filepath.

Just replace the 'custom' folder in your Synergy/synergy folder with this 'custom' folder.

Ok I copied ALL the files created in the 'Compiling your model' step into the Rebel and Normal folders created at the start, and now I have the model with physics and all visible, but with all missing textures.
