Very Hard Uses Legendary Handicap Values

描述
This is a fairly simple mod; it edits the table "campaign_difficulty_handicap_effects" so that Very Hard uses the same values as Legendary. This means you can play with the more difficult values used in Legendary for public order and AI bonuses, but without Ironman mode or forced battle realism.

This mod may be incompatible with other mods that adjust the campaign_difficulty_handicap_effects table. It's a low-maintenance mod; even if it hasn't updated since a patch it will probably still work.

Just want to say this mod is awesome, thank you for updating it recently even :D
I want a big challenge in the campaign, and camera locking/save restricting is just a pain in the ass imo
so this mod is the best of both worlds :D

Well it's a bit of a niche, most of the mods that change difficulty are either cheatmods or hardcore mods, mods to make hardcore slightly less hardcore are very niche, but I love those.
