To get this achievement you need to take 9000 steps with enabled Clown Shoes in the settings. It is really awkward. There is the easiest way to get this achivement.

-You need to get to the local files of this game.
-Вам нужно попасть в папку сохранок игры.
...Steam\steamapps\common\Dropsy\Save

-Open with notepad game1.sav
-Откройте Блокнотом нужный сейв

-Find in the text this:
-Найдите следующее:
ClownSteps:

-Change value to 8999 and save.
-Измените значение на 8999 и сохраните.

-Download this save on Dropsy and take the last step.
-Загрузитесь на нужную сохранку и сделайте последний шаг.

Well done! Now you have this awful achievement.

the save file location is no longer in steamapps
it is now C:\Users\...\AppData\LocalLow\A Jolly Corpse\Dropsy\Save
also dont forget to restart the game for achievement to pop up
