@líreas ♫ I don't know why Zeboyd would remove the festival NPCs. It's been a while and I can't fully recall the story around that stage in the game. Only reason I can think of is it was story related in some way. Hope you enjoy the rest of the game.

I see. I made progress by mistake in that part and came back later to see if I could still do all the activities. the rock, paper & scissors one was still available so I thought everything else would too. thanks for clearing that up

@líreas ♫ Yes, the Freedom Festival activities are optional. Once you progress past them, you can't go back and complete them. If you have a save point before the festival, that is an option.

oh, so do you have to do this before progressing in the story after going through the alleyway to Paws' left? I remember there being an NPC there before but they're not there anymore for me

@líreas ♫ It's been a while since I last played the game. Try talking to the NPC to the right of Paws.

all Paws does is say "I sense a familiar aura. Intriguing" or something like that when I go talk to him
