This is a pack containing 6 low-density residential growables: level 1 and 2, each with 3 brick colours.
Subscription to Avanya's chimney prop is not compulsory: the assets work perfectly without it, just without chimney!

@baronjutter The original houses on which those are based don't have such corner buildings, which is pretty common with such modern constructions. It is highly unlikely that I would touch those buildings again anyway.

A 1x2 and 2x1 (mirrored) corner versions would be nice, or a 2x2 L shaped one.

@Mindzeh Thanks! Not 100% sure of what I was using, but chances are I used the Colorful Summer Day LUT. Also a variety of mods such as Ultimate Eyecandy and Dynamic Resolution (the latter being broken since the uptdate) :)

@Humble Thank you very much! I don't have any plans for variants from this particular project but I would like to do more of these kinds of growables indeed! However I'm not quick and I'm always going all over the place with my projects so don't expect too much too quickly :)
