And I totally understand if you cant slow it down.
If I lower the framerate and it slows down, it will become choppy. Sadly the game speed is tied to framerate so I can't capture it at 90fps and slow it down to 60fps.
TL;DR: Zelda fps tied to speed. Bitrate doesn't have impact on speed. Can't make slower or it will look bad.
I really think a lower rate would be nice, the images kinda fly across the screen, would be nicer if they were slower, kinda calming.
