描述
The concert update changed the file format of assets, and then my ability to update this specific asset. I've re-uploaded it here. Sorry for the inconvience. Please subscribe to the other version.

Basura Incinerator based on the trash dumpsters seen on every street in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

This incinerator produces no pollution, has one truck and a very limited collection area in an attempt to make the asset 'realistic'. I suggest using Move It! to position this in the streets just like in Buenos Aires. If you plop it with Anarchy activated, it won't demolish your growables either.

@watta75 @mdjanuszkiewicz The recent concert update, combined with a tweak to noise pollution on the asset has broken this asset. I've tried many times to fix it, but the game is making it far more difficult than it should be. @Fenrir I don't play with money turned on and just used the default incinerator values. I've updated the asset to be more realistic in cost/upkeep

The upkeep cost makes this virtually useless, it's like the cost of 10 landfills.
