More Pagan Artifacts

描述
Adds some more pagan artifacts to the non germanic pagans. I don't claim to have any great knowledge on the subject. So if one of these shouldn't be here let me know.

It currently has no localisation for any language other than english.

I think I fixed some bugs related to HF. Let me know if it's still broke.

The list includes:
Magic Kantele - Suomenusko
Staff of Shango - West African
Ukonvasara - Suomenusko
Mask of Ekwensu - West African
Yadachy Cloak - Tengri
Dragon Scale - TengriEye of Ra - ZunistChariot of Helios - ZunistSacred Amber - RomuvaThumbnail and all other pictures taken from wikimedia commons.The Kantele and Väinämöinen pictures are attributed to The Yellow Fellow[commons.wikimedia.org]

Hello! I was creating a collection for my next playthrough and perusing the files for mods to check compatibility and noticed that you have the 00_artifacts_spawns.txt file, but it's redundant since you have your artifacts spawning in the artifactssap.txt file. This hurts compatibility with other artifact mods, so I just wanted to bring it to your attention.

No idea tbh lol, I dont modify basegame files so probably? DUnno about with HIP maybe they change the way artifacts work or something or maybe a new update broke the mod, lemme know

not sure how the base game artifact spawning stuff works but they should all spawn somewhere in the world in the ownership of someone of the proper religion
