Dragons Evolving

Bhutan, Luxembourg, Nepal and Tannu Tuva, Liberia, and Albania are some of the smallest nations in the game, and in the world in the year of 1936 and 1939. They are not very well known and sadly, they received no love at all since release of HOI4 and I'm sad to see that. This mod will change that in a major way.


~Focus trees will have a lot of historical and non-historical choices and lots of mutually exclusive choices varying from each ideology, such as if you go fascist Bhutan you'll have a lot of choices such as joining axis, forming a new faction with neighbouring fascists, going solo and forming a new empire, influencing fascism and spread it across the globe, becoming a puppet master, and much more.

~Custom Portraits (may release portraits as a single update for every nation near the end of the mod development, as photoshop work is generally what takes the most time and I do not have the time to dedicate to making tons of portraits for each nation, so perhaps this will be a later update to allow for the most highly detailed, realistic, and historical portaits.)

Dragons Evolving is currently in Public Pre-Release. Please do not expect a fully completed mod.

No nations are done in the Public Pre-Release version, and I have reverted any changes to remake Bhutan. Once Bhutan is done the next update will follow.

Alpha 0.50 "Bhutan Update" contains a full content update for Bhutan filled with custom portraits, content, focus tree, and much more.


Alpha 0.75 "Luxembourg & Nepal Update" will contain a full content update for Luxembourg filled with custom content, portraits, focus tree, and everything else the little nation needs.


Beta 0.90 "Tannu Tuva, Liberia, and Albania Update" will fix any and all issues encountered since Alpha 0.75 [this does not include hotfixes] and will add a lot of extra content to help make the mod more diverse than it already is at this stage. This version will also include content updates with focus trees and custom content for Tannu Tuva, Liberia, and Albania


Beta 0.95 "Community Beta" will include lots of content, updates, fixes, and anything else needed all based on feedback from the community should there be any.


Version 1.0 This version will finish the mod completely. Adding any needed updates and content or fixes. Will most definitely add lots of extra content at this point as well. Will also improve anything that was meant to be updated later. (such as portraits.) and anything else that is suggested and approved or needs to be added anyways, or anything of this nature.
