INTRO

GUIDE CREATED APRIL 2017

I will try to make a complete guide for tap adventure.
English isnt my language but will try my best.(feel free to correct me).
This guide is what i know. If something is inaccurate or wrong tell me on comments.

BASICS

1)Total gold, use it to upgrade your heroes temporarily.
2)crystals(you can get crystals from achiements/quests/buy with real money)(keep them to buy chronosphere from shop you need 500).
3)There you can see your heroes or masters.
4)Gold you ean from current mob/mobs.
5)Shop there u can spend or buy crystals.
6)Gold income per minute.
7)Chat. Chat opens after a few stages.
8)Options
9)Full screen
10)Current group hit points
11)DPS(damge per second)
12)Your fairy dmg/click dmg
13)There are stages. Each stage contains 10 mini stages with 9 stages of trash mobs and 1 mini boss stage. Every 10 stages there is a boss and after that you change location.
14)There you choose masters tab
15)Active skills of heroes
16)Achiements/ Statistics
17)There you can make time loop while fighting trash mobs or you can cancel the battle when you fighting boss or mini boss and also stop progress
18)There you choose heroes tab.
19)Icons i will explain each one bellow


SHORTCUTS I MAY USE:
DPS: damage per second
HP: hit points(health)
DMG: damage

At the moment there are 10 heroes and your fairy.
To access each hero you need gold.
The first 3 heroes got alternative heroes maximum you can have 7 heroes active.
To access the alternative heroes you need to find their rings(quests.drop from chests,Bamul master)
To change heroes you need to go to fairy=>pockets=>jewelry and click the ring of thehero you want also click the ring of the hero you allready have to deactivate him. You need to make time loop to change heroes


FAIRY:
Your fairy does dmg when you are not clicking.If you activate a quest your fairy dissappear.
MAIN tab
magic bolt: increases fairy/click dmg
quests: three random quests. Longer time=> bigger chance(when you time loop any quest you have active instantly completes, try to choose the longest quest before you time loop)
POCKETS
jewelry: All the rings you have, (each ring caps at 100)
books: There u can use the books you have found from quests or bought, each book needs 1 key to open


HEROES
1st: Defender or Conqueror
2nd: Huntress or Ranger
3rd: Hermit or Priest
4th: Thief
5th: Fiery Fox
6th: Enchantress
7th: Guerrilla

HEROES STATS

EQUIPMENT
1) Hereos item current level.
2) Heroes item permanent lvl(permanent level comes drom chests)(this will stay after time loop)
3) Heroes item level upgraded with gold(it will be lost after time loop).
4))Points that needed for next permanent level.
5) Heroes maximum item level .
Boots: Each hero have a stage bonus. If you go there they activate bonus.
SKILLS
1st skill is active skill, the other 4 are passives. You get 1 skill point with each each hero level.

How:
You can use time loop after 100 stages.
You can make a time loop by clicking the icon on the left of the screen or clicking the hourglass on the top right of the screen(you cant click hourglass during boss-miniboss fights).

What you lose::
All the keys you have.
All the common and boosted boxes
All your heroes.
All non-permanent upgrades from your heroes.
All your gold
4th master if you bought him for 1 time loop
All progress. You go to stage 1

What you keep:
All crystals
All unused books
Active book of friends
All runestones(purple coins)
All manacoins(blue coins)
All permanent upgrades and levels from your heroes
All inactive quests
All the rings
All mimic chests
All fayballs
All the items hero have found

What you gain:
Runestones (amount depends on which stage you did the time loop)
keys (amount depends on which stage you did the time loop)

notes:
Completing specific stages for the 1st time doubles your rewards.
If you have any active quest you instantly complete it.

KEYS:
This master holds the keys you have
You gain keys with time loop, quests, buy with crystal.

CHESTS:
Common chests: They drops randomly they stay until you use time loop(i think huntress 'big game' increases the drop chance)
Boosted chests: They have chance to be dropped by bosses and minibosses.(they last 5 minutes if another chest dropped in those minutes the timers resets).
Mimic chests: They created by the 4th vendor only.(you keep them even if you use time loop)

FAYBALLS
They created by the 4th vendor only.(you keep them even if you use time loop)

Bamul holds manacoins(blue coins)

Where to get them
They drops randomly during battle.
Chance to dropped them from chests
In Bamul's EXCHANGE tab. You can exchage them fro gold, crystal, runstones, keys and
chests.(i exchage only with gold or chests when i run out of keys)


Where you can use them:

TOME OF SHIELDS:
Gives all your heroes a shield. depends on your heroes hp

GRATORGMORR:
Gives you gold.

WIZARD'S NOTE:
Increases your quests chances also if you have an active quest instantly completes it

BOOK OF PASSAGE:
You skip 10 stages.

SUMMON FRIEND:
Give you an extra icon on the left of your screen.
There you can add your friends secret code.
To see your secret code go to OPTIONS(basics section number17)
If you dont have friends to add go to CHAT. There you can find many and share your code.

CONQUEROR'S RING:
You can buy this once unless you allready have found one. Then disappears.

RANGER'S RING:
You can buy this once unless you allready have found one. Then disappears.

PRIEST'S RING:
You can buy this once unless you allready have found one. Then disappears.

Craft golem holds the runestones(puprle coins)

Where to get them:
From time loops.
After you buy chronosphere in the SHOP you can find the option TIMEWARP costs 500 crystals.

Where you can use them:
Craftng and upgrading artifacts. CRAFT GOLEM=> CRAFT


Crafting artifacts:
CRAFT GOLEM=> CRAFT=> New artifact!
Clicking new artifact a random artifact will appear.
You can reroll the artifact with crystals.
Once you clicked new artifact you cant cancel it. You can only demolish it with crystals.


Artifacts:
Artifacts that can be crafted: 16
Artifacts that can be bought: 1
Artifacts that can be found: 6

1)Amulet of the Heavens: Bonus to MPS and Magic crit power.
2)Baramul's Fork: Bonus to DPS and adds Baramul's Hunger
3)Baralmul's Mug: Bonus to MPS and HP
4)Baramul's Pauldron: Bonus to DPS and Defence
5)Fairy Brew: Bonus to MPS and HP
6)Fairy Pollen: Bonus to MPS and Attack speed
7)Jacobi's Glasses: Bonus to MPS and Magic Crit chance
8)Pendant of the Sun: Bonus to DPS and Hero crit power
9)Shaman Bongo: Bonus to DPS and HP
10)Shaman's Tamboorine: Increase Quest success chance and decrease maximum Quest time
11)Spoon of Satiety: Bonus to DPS and HP
12)Swallow's Purse: Bonus to DPS and Gold
13)Time Needles: Bonus to MPS and cooldown time reduction
14)Wicked Ring: Bonus to DPS and Ring rewards
15)World Compass: Bonus to MPS and allows 1 free zone-skip per level
16)Zod's Dice: Bonus to DPS and Team crit chance.

Artifacts that can be bought:
Chronosphere: Bonus to MPS and Runestone reward(500 crystals from SHOP))

Artifacts that can be found:
1)Arrowheads: Bonus to DPS and Gold. (Drops from Huntress regular kills with 'big game' skill) . ................................................................ (Drops from Ranger kills)
2)Bones: Bonus to DPS and Gold. (Drops from Huntress critical kills with 'big game' skill)
3)Eyeballs: Bonus MPS and Magic crit power (Drops from Ranger kills)
4)Fingers: Bonus to MPS and Gold (Drops from huntress critical kills with 'big game' skill)
5)Horns: Bonus to DPS and Hero crit power (Drops from Ranger kills)
6)Chalice of mercy: Bonus DPS and Revive cooldown (Drops from opened fayballs)

Demolishing:
CRAFT GOLEM=>DEMOLISH
You can demolish your artifacts with crystals(i dont recommend it)

This master can be bought with crystals for 1 time loop and with real money for 30 days.
He uses manacoins.
He creates mimic chest MO & POL=> ENCHANT tab=> ENCHANT(10 manacoins)



MIMIC CHEST
They are upgradable chests.
To recieve this chest in DUARG (1st master) the mimic must die or with time loop.
They stay even when you use time loop.
They have level/dps/hp
They gain level by completing stages. Level increases the items of chest and unlocks upgrades.

WHAT YOU CAN GAIN FROM MIMIC CHEST:
They can be upgraded to contain
items (like normal and boosted chests)
fayballs
rings
runestones
Upgrading chest also boosting it's offence and defence

WORKERS:
MO & POL=> UPGRADE tab
They upgrade the chest.
1st worker is free. You can buy the other workers with manacoins
If you dont make your worker 'hurry' have 100% chance of completing the task and stay alive.
You can make a worker 'hurry' with a chance to kill him and lose all the ingridients he used.
If a worker dies you can re-hire him with the same amount of manacoins.

HOW TO TAKE THE CHEST FROM MIMIC:
With time loop
Killing him with crafting 10 DEATHUM. (DEATHUM and some other ingridients gives -%to max life if that exceeds the 100% the mimic dies you can counter that by making ingridients that give +% to max life. Be carefull though the free users after creating those it may become impossible to kill your mimic).
Die by enemies.

NOTES:
I strongly recommend you to read the wikia guide[tap-adventure-time-travel.wikia.com] for analysis and walkthough (some info may be inaccurate because its a congregate guide)

I play this way now:

HEROES
I buy defender (or conqueror doesnt matter) because i cant skip him and huntress. I care for huntress mostly. i want to finish huntress permanent upgrades asap. I am putting all my skills in 'rapid reload'(this way you complete stages very fast) and then what left on 'big game' and 'opportunity shot'.

CHESTS AND KEYS:
i open all chest i found (sometimes only boosted for better drops) with the keys i got from time loop and as soon as i finish all my keys i use time loop.

QUESTS:
I make first 2 quests during this run and always choose >1hour quest (3rd quest) when i time loop so it instadly completes. When i see a quest on 2nd or 3rd quest slots with 3 or more crystals i activate the quest and use 'wizard's note' (this way the next quest that appeared after this completed it will also have it's chances improved) . If i see crystal quest and i dont have keys to open 'wizard's note' i use time loop and THEN activate the quest and use 'wizard's note' (the quests changing all the time so dont delay a lot)..

MIMIC CHEST:
When i activate 4th master with crystals( i havent bought with real money so far).
I only use the 3rd worker and i spam the 'hurry' (the 3rd because messages appears in the same place as the 3rd imps button, click a little next to the word 'work').
I buy this master when i am having at leask 10k manacoins
i make the following combo:
For long run use all imps.

10 deathum(the 10th one when i have finished all the other ingridients to kill mimic and take chest)
15 keepum
5 bringum (because this one need level 2 chest many time i skip it)
(20 animatum) i usually dont do this cause i dont really think it worth it

HOW I PLAY NOW AFTER 3 MONTHS
(i am using this method for almost 2 months)
The basic heroes you need is the huntress and the hermit to max level. Max huntress attack speed and "big game"(because i think except the trophies also drops runestones-purple coin but i am not 100% sure). At hermit max attack speed and at least 1 point in miracle(this can make fairy kill untill 2900++ stage one hit). I am not sure what affects fairy attack speed(maybe fairy pollen in craft but it doesnt say very clear if it is for fairy or for heroes of for both. I have the game open 24/7 i make 2 timeloops per day. 12hrs is enough for me to go to 2990 stage and get 2.3k-2.4k runestones. Then i use all my keys and then reset.

lets try to answer your questions if u dont understand something or if i wasnt clear enough ask again. Most of those answers are my personal opinion and i am free player

1) What does the master give me and it is good enough for a free game player?

This master you can make mimic chests( upgradable chests).Yes they worthy you can earn many upgrades with those chests. 1 key can gives you many points but they need a lot of time or lots of blue coins to spam it

2) What are the other master places for?

currently there is only the 4th master which you can buy. There isnt any other masters at the moment just empty slot maybe for future masters.

3) And what are the mimic and imps?

Mimic is called the chest u create with 4th master( Its an alive chest with dmg and life)It also has 5 levels( it earn levels by killing creeps) and you can upgrade it. Imps are helpers and you can choose from various upgrades that gives bonus to mimic when its alive and when it will die

Only 1 chest can be alive each time. You can kill them as many times as you like.

4)Do i need a level to get 4th master?

No.

5)where do i get mimic and imps?

As soon as you buy the 4th master you can buy a mimic chest(10 blue coins and there will be 1 free imp and the other 4 you can buy them with blues coins(10,15,20,25)

6) Is this all 4th master stuff for premium user?

No.You can buy it for 1 time loop, just make sure you got enough blue coins if you intent to spam Except for buying the 4th master with green coins others stuff in it are free (you need blue coins)

7)Can i complete all steam achievements as free user?

Yes. At the moment i found no wall as free user. Just make sure you manage your green coins carefully(Chronosphere and 4th master basicly)

8)The chronospaehre, as a free play gamer do i buy it only one time and can i use it forever or is this only for a limited time?

Yes you only buy it one time and it lasts forever (you can demolish it so be carefull when you demolish stuff)

9)Does the mimic chest stay after the time loop?

No it dies and go to 1st master as chest

This was my guide i hope it will be usufull.
