Introduction
This chassis can go about 110 kph with no thrusters and has a low to the ground profile (excluding when you mount huge guns of course). It is somewhat nimble but most certainly fast.
The main body.
For the main body, make a rectangle of any width and a length of 10+ blocks. Mine was a 1 block thick 5 by 10 block rectangle. For cosmetic reasons my third set of legs stick out on 3 by 2 block protrustions. I think it looks nice but honestly just a plain rectangle will do. And if you are wonder how this thing will turn, its simple. Invisible block chains in the front and back with thrusters.
The legs
This mech has 8 legs total, so 4 sets of legs. But only two angle hinges per leg and two configurations of the two hinges total. So only 4 hinge setups.

The leg is shaped like a rotated L. Coming out from the main body is a horizontal angle hinge, then 3 blocks in a row. The 3 horizontal blocks connect with a vertical angle hinge to 3 blocks going downwards.

The picture above describes the two setups of the two hinges. From left to right it is Right Horizontal Hinge, Right Vertical Hinge, Left Horizontal Hinge, Left Vertical Hinge. However that is just for the first pair of legs. The Second pair of legs mirrors the first, so for the second pair just copy the first right leg hinges onto the left leg and the first left leg hinges onto the right leg.

Now that the pattern is explained, the other 2 sets of legs should be easy. The third set is the same as the first set, and the fourth set is the same as the second set.
That's all, folks!
Hopefully you now have a nice spider tank. Just slap on a turret, some guns and have fun!
