is this randomly generated because I know that if you dig enough in the item.dat files you can get some pretty sweet vanilla modded weapons... basically you can make weapons like your character is on a mission from God to wipe to dungeons clean
Idk if this is balanced...make it so it doesn't get random crits and it'll be just right.

Would make more sense if you used the cyber gun icon/model instead as it's a civil war grenade launcher.
