Behind the front seats you can sleep

Refuel where the hand is shown by removing cap

Towing point on the front

Towing point on the rear

Empty Cargo Tank

Hose to drain sewerage from ground tank (automatically attaches when selected)
Returning hose to the truck (If your hose falls into a well you will have to save & reload your game. This will respawn the hose on the truck.)

Yep, and even though it says this in one of the recent news updates, it might me helpful to some players that you have to hold down F to sleep in the back.

Don't forget to update the new Hand-Throttle to the left of the Ignition Key

it should increase with a little bit of throttle while the engine is running [low air pressure doesn't seem to have an effect in game yet, at least not when I last played]

You should put in a few other tips, for example how you have to wait for sparks/coils to heat up before you ignite the engine (I know it's not a part of the layout but it might be helpful to other people). Also, you should put in the exact keyboard controls for buttons, switches, everything.

Keyboard key is 'R' to shift between Low and High range.
