Bypasses default consistancy check

Apaprently NS2 has a weird scheet lua setting that can be changed, but if it is changed it has to be run serverside unless the server allows modified game code to pass into the server.

All crosshairs basically had to be downscaled because ns2 only supports 64x64 resolution for crosshairs while tremulous had up to 192x192p

Updated to using the TremNS2 crosshair sheet. This means there shouldn't be any problem when connecting to a TremNS2 mod server while using tihs mod (previously, the welder crosshair was not drawn)

A more tremulous-alike set is used in the TremNS2 mod http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=808128703

The reason why it isn't included here is because if the "fixes" are made, then the mod will need to be run on the server. I may do a server-specific version later

Okay fixed.
Currnetly I'm just using the flamethrower crosshair for "no assigned crosshair" weapons which include bite attacks (Except lerk), axe/welder melee and exosuit weaponary. Fortunately exosuits actually come with a default "circle" crosshair and because the backup crosshair that I provided is basicallly a ring, it should be easy to use.

A few bugs at the moment, don't sub yet. I'll put up another ocmment here when I'm done
