Fix
After every time you close the game, go to:

(C:)/Users/"Ur fckn' name"/Documents/Activision/ Spider-Man (TM) SD/Save/

Rename your save Spider-Man SD Save.fpop

Now the save will work.

Do it every fckn' time you close the fckn' game!

Put the game lenguage on English if you don't want to rename stuff every time!

To change lenguage go to your steam library, right click on Spider-Man: Shattered Dimension, properties, lenguage and set english.

Who have the save already named Spider-Man SD Save.fpop need to make a copy on your desktop then delete the one on /Spider-Man (TM) SD/Save/ and after that move the copy from the desktop to the Save folder.

Mine, however, is not the Steam version, I don't know where to find the Steam version.

It's been 4 years so stuff might have changed, but the main issue should still be about files names and how the content is written inside, so maybe try to reinstall the game directly in english with a VPN or idk change windows location, for me simply playing the game in english fixed it.

I change the language and Steam don't download anytihing, the game simply change the menu language

I put the lenguage in English and still make misses and mischiefs
