Fix for Eventful-Destiny UDRP

Console command:

ENG;
-To toggle the Kill Counter type "npc_kill_counter_toggle 1/0" in console.
-To reset your counter type "counter_reset" in console.

FR;
-Afficher le hud des kills "npc_kill_counter_toggle 1/0" dans la console.
-Mettre à zéro le compteur kills "counter_reset" dans la console.

not sure what you people are talking about. It only takes away a point if you commit self-die. otherwise, I've had both NPCs, Props, & friends kill me and my score never went down once.
