There are a lot of your stuff i like but often there is not the level.
Not in this case, is the level i wanted for it so i'm happy

@k'nuckles it's not the only building, probably the only building you notice. Again, it has nothing to do with the asset, but everything to do with the mods you're using. I actually have no idea what "placement blocking" is, as that's not a setting when creating assets. But all of my assets include RICO settings, as I do not use zoning myself.

@k'nuckles not my problem. Remove the RICO mod or th Rico settings if you don't like the way that the RICO mod functions

Remove the occupation please
It blocks the player from placing buildings on top of the dollar store
and its annoying to use the demolish tool everytime the dollar store is in the way
