Load .hat files from workshop simply by downloading them, with minimum multiplayer interference!

This mod aims to be a replacement for the bogged down method of uploading hats via a custom modpack, the end goal being that everyone only needs ONE active mod (Hat File Mania) and the rest of the mods can be downloaded, but inactive, allowing for people to play online with workshop hats much more easily, since the only mod that needs to be enabled to use the hats online is Hat File Mania.

Simply put, it will scan for .hat files in other workshop mods and add them to the game as if they were in the DuckGame.exe folder.
