/roll command

A very simple script (10-15 lines lmao) but useful. Many server owners want to have a thing like this: if you are in a RP situation and you want to test if a certain thing will be did with success, type /roll then you will have a number between 1 and 100 that people around you will see. The guy in the other side of the action can type the same command, he will have a number then the higher number is the winner of the action.
