No Muzzle Flashlight

描述
Disables a yellow light that lights the environment when you shoot. It's not 100% disabled, it's just very faint. Because with 100% black texture zombies look all black for some reason.

No muzzle flash works but it makes my flashlight flickering.
Putting this script in the launch option also not working: +muzzleflash_light -1
