There's a secret missing on the first map, you can mine through a crack into the 2nd house (small one on the left) for an elemental cloak.

I figured out how to get to the secret area beneath Towerwall's Jasce statue. You light the two braziers, then stand in front of the altar and cast Prayer.

Oh, the first pink area past the Cathedral of Elements, the hidden cave there has a couple of secrets in it. First, there's an alcove you can reach with a tiny bubble you dig up to reveal... something, I forget what's there. Then you can use a pickaxe to tunnel up behind the eye to get an essence stone.

In the first jungle zone past towerwall, the tree just to right of the starting vine ladder obscures a vine ladder of its own that ends in a cracked wall (mine to open) and leads into a dungeon under towerwall with a unique whip Lasher. In this area there is also a secret basement part (not the mineable section) which you can see in the game data zTowerwallB1.png. It has stairs leading up to the Jasce statue (and has a whistle stone) indicating there is some unknown secret related to the Jasce statue in towerwall which will lead to that secret. I had to use the debug mode to reach (~ for console then b for build mode).

I have one to add: in the outdoor area connecting the two parts of the Cathedral of Elements, if you go down to the south ledge, you can mine a suspicious spot in the wall with the pickaxe to get to a secret area with a few enemies, some corpryst, and a boss.
