Hey guys! Very simple guide explaining one of the console commands! Really fun if you're looking to play Stonhearth in more of a sandbox design style.

First step is to design, decorate, and place your building just as your normally would. DO NOT start building it.
Then, with your building selected, click CTRL+C on your keyboard. Simply type in "ib" (no quotes)
and bam! Your building is now placed and built.

Just thought of making this because it took me ages playing before even finding out about the console commands.

does this work with buildings the game deems invalid?

cause repairing walls inside caves is a pain

idk if its still a problem, but it used to be the only way to built a complex house in the alpha stages xD good to keep in mind tho - thx

How do you open console commands? Is it with ` like in Source games, or is it another button?

@Abby use the insta build cheat and place walls down then insta build them so then they cant attack you

@abby hmm, I'm not quite sure why that would be happening. If it is happening way too much & is a glitch, I would back up your game files and do a clean uninstall then reinstall. If that doesn't work head over to the stonehearth discourse and make a thread!
