GTA has a lot of hackers/modders that ruin a lot of servers, it feels like devs gave up on fixing this problem and are just adding new dlcs and shit. I stopped playing GTA because of this shit.

GTA Online. I guess a hacker did it, but I'm not sure. I was on a mission to return a vehicle to Simeon when I came around the corner and saw it.
