A common enemy in average caves, are crabs. These crabs may look like a giant barricade restricting your access to other parts of the cave, when really, you can treat them like they don't exist! You can run through almost all sizes of crabs without being damaged! Another big monster you will encounter are snails. These acid-spitting creatures are very slow and hardly move at all. When battling one, you may even think it's stationary! All you have to do is jump inside of it in the very middle, and swing your weapon. Another very common enemy are clams. These clams are around the same speed as your character, and hard to shake off when followed by one. When encountering one, make sure you are in an open space, because they have lots of health. To kill them, you dive in, hit, back away, wait for the fighting animation to stop, dive in, attack, etc. But, unfortuanatley, there are many other monsters which fighting techniques havn't been learned yet. Thankfully, the dive in and attack method seems to wrok really well for most monsters you will encounter.

Fact One: In the first area in We Need To Go Deeper, you can just have all engine and one shield becuase most enemies there are slow, and you can get through that level really fast. The rest of the crew would be repairing dents if they appear.


Fact Two: If you have a crew member who ruins the gameplay, and makes it so when you reach a cave, you leave it immediatley, call up a vote on if he/she should be killed. Only do this if one of the crew members who agrees to the vote has the Alchemist Kit. They can then use the Orange potion to damage the bad crew member, and kill them.
