Endless War

Endless mode with successive winters and progressive difficulty. All scenarios use this mode except custom ones. New characters and locations from Stories dlc. New scenario with 5 dwellers right from the start. Up to 12 dwellers at the same time. And more. Good luck!

All Features:
- Endless mode (duh) with successive winters, progressive difficulty and all locations available,
- All scenarios unlocked so you can play 'Endless mode' with any character you prefer,
- New scenario with Boris, Adem, Emilia, Lydia and Irina ('The Little Ones' dlc required),
- New content with new characters and locations from the two released Stories dlcs,
- Up to 12 dwellers. You won't get that much until very late, and yes, the game supports it,
- Scarcer resources in some scenarios (first four of the bottom row on the selection screen),
- Better traders in Central Square, now selling all materials needed to survive indefinitely,
- Events happen less often, every week instead of every 3/4 days, to match the game length,
- Shelter trader nerfed. He does not carry as much mats/valuables and doesn't come every day,
- Unlimited traps. You can make as many as you want, to help you sustain more dwellers,
- And all "Survival" features: cleaner portraits, loot is no longer shown on the city map, heater needs to be upgraded before making another, dwellers recover more slowly from depression, etc...

Current Status:
v1.7 Beta – Mod is now fully compatible with latest update and "Fading Embers" dlc.

Notes:
- It's not completely 'endless'. Outrageous, I know... After a very long time, the game stays in eternal winter, but the war itself never ends so... (If you wanna know, winter starts on day 150)
- Custom scenarios are not affected. They will play normally and end in 80 days at most.
It also means you can very well start a custom 80-day scenario, and have up to 9 dwellers...
- Any other scenario is now 'endless', only the starting characters are different. You can check if the mod is loaded correctly by looking at the main menu, "Endless War" replaces "Another Story".
- If you want more challenge, you can play with "Harsher Winter" and/or check "Hardcore" on the selection screen to have all but hostile locations, like the Warehouse or the Brothel, available.
- If some text is missing, you can download the mod from here, extract it into "This War of Mine\Mods", and disable the workshop version. The mod will automatically be applied when launching the game: https://www.mediafire*com/folder/fq1barpa58b5h/Mods (replace * by a dot)
- And don't worry, you can still win somehow.. I heard boats are running any time of the year.
