Mushrooms are units who use a poisonous AoE (Area of Effect) attack.

Most of the time they have only limited movement, and they are also unable to carry any weapons.
Keep that in mind.

Mushrooms wear caps which are weak to Mallets. Avoid enemys with those. Their cap can also block arrows like a shield.

The Mushrooms' AoE attack also affects teammates. Try using mushrooms against single enemys.
Keep in mind that the radius of the poison attack is 1 hex.


Mushrooms deal extra damage to Cupcakes and Mascots. A good tactic is to seek out any Cupcakes or Mascots which are sepperated from the rest of their team, and attacking those with a mushroom.

Zombies are very resistant to their poison, which makes fighting Zombies with Mushrooms almost useless.

Electrobots and other Mushrooms are immune to poison. When ordered to attack those, a
Mushroom will use a strong melee attack. Those can be fought in a group.
