Less upkeep, Bigger army

As for now, this mod breaks the gane. I have downloaded this one a few years ago ind it's still working now. Though, it's impossible to turn the mod off, it kinda changes something in the game files. I have turned off the mod in game launcher, unsubscribed the mod in the workshop, reinstalled the game... And the lowered upkeep is still there. Deleting the "samurai_sale.pack" file makes the game crash once you load the campaign or run a new one. Clueless about how to fix this.

Many mods can be "fixed" by swapping their placement around in the load order, and it turns out I ended up finding a fix for that issue by simply placing this mod first on the load order. Unfortunately, this mod seems to not affect Tercos and Blunderbuss Cavalry;I'm not sure if this is due to another mod in my load order, or because the mod author had never included Otomo units (the Otomo DLC is not a requirement after all).

TL;DR Place mod first in your load order, doesn't seem to affect Otomo units (Blunderbuss Cavalry, Tercos (might just be my own mods conflicting with this one though)).

This mod works, but it won't affect all naval vessels (for example, it will reduce the upkeep on Bow Kobaya, but I noticed it didn't affect Trade Ships and was very noticeable on Nanban Trade Ships).

thanks man! does what it says on the packaging and was exactly what i was looking for. makes small unit sizes upkeep on par with ultra unit sizes and i prefer smaller unit sizes
