Push a chair into the red corridor



Right at the beginning of the game you'll have to leave your cage. Before doing that, check if one of the armchairs has fallen on the floor below you. If it hasn't, push one down, fall on the floor and push it inside the red corridor that you'll find on your left.

Board the 'lift to the surface'



When you reach the first explorable area of the game, you'll see a big green LIFT TO SURFACE sign. Call that lift and board it to get the achievement.

Determinedly jiggle the bathroom knob



After your little ascension inside the cage lift, you'll find yourself in a bedroom. There's an half-closed door to a bathroom with someone inside taking a bath. Go near that door and try to open it by spamming E until you get the achievement.
I had some problems unlocking it on my first try even after spamming E for five minutes, so I reloaded the save and tried again taking the position shown below and it popped up just after pressing E for 10-15 times.

Sit on the communal toilet for half a minute



When you're visiting the mansion for the first time, find the communal toilet shown below and jump on one of the toilet bowls. Stay still until you get the achievement and don't forget to wash your hands afterwards.

In the rooftops, get the blue matches without ever being detected



Way easier than it seems. When you're on the rooftops you'll reach a balcony with blue lit lamps and a note. The game will tell you to crouch to avoid detection and you'll have to press 4 buttons scattered in that area in order to get the blue matches and the achievement. Like its description says, you have to avoid detection but you can die all the times you want without voiding the achievement so, if you mess up, just reload your save or die and try again.
Te first two buttons are upstairs. Climb the stairs, go inside the room on the right and press the button on the right side of the bed, then take the secret passage and reach the other bedroom. Leave it and press the button on the wall to your right, then go all the way back where the stairs are. Now go on the other side of the balcony and take a left, press the second button and jump down the balcony. Once inside the room where the grandchildren are listening to the speech take a left. Don't worry if some of them are facing you, they won't detect you as long as you stay crouched. Leave the room and, when you're on the bridge, go inside the tower on your right and press the third button. Go on the other side of the bridge watching out for a grandchild patrolling. Go past it keeping your left and you'll find the fourth button at the bottom of the stairs.
Go back to the bridge still without being detected and press the button in the middle of it. Collect the blue matches and you'll get the achievement.

Use a whole matchbook worth of matches in a single playsession



After obtaining the blue matchbox, you'll be able to light blue lamps by pressing E near them. Light all the lamps you find on your path and you should get the achievement around the part where you meet Piotr.

Charge Buck's Clicker 10 times without restarting

Charge Buck's Clicker 20 times without restarting



The best place to get it is the scrapyard where you've to contain Buck. Once you use a charge station, it becomes available again after a while so you can recharge your clicker all the times you want.
Start by luring Buck to close two of the three gates so that most of the grandchildren won't bother you, then wander around using your clicker on the few grandchildren left and recharging it on the many charge stations scattered around. Rinse and repeat until you get the achievement and don't forget to watch out for Buck.

Find the hidden note.



Once you reach the area with the grandmother, you'll find three buttons that you'll have to press to progress. There's a big valve near them that will open a new area with two floors and some rooms. Go upstairs and enter the last bedroom on the left of the locked doors. Once inside, turn left and go behind the curtain to find a secret area with a note on the floor.

There is a total of 69 different notes in the game but only 68 count towards the achievement. One of them was bugged making the achievement impossile to obtain but it has been fixed on June 2019.
The notes in general are bugged tho, like you can lose them all if you die or if you load a save. I asked in the forum for help and fixes over a year ago but the dev either ignored me or didn't help at all.

#4 Be Gentle - On a torture chair revealed after pressing a button.

#7 My Special Seat - In the room with the button that reveal the toilet with the key in it.


#8 Ascension Peeping?! - On the fence in the FAMILY ONLY corridor.

#10 Idiot - Inside the room where the cage key is.


#11 Signin - On the table inside the room with the audience armchairs (there are three Flier notes too).


#12 You Earned This - In the bedroom.

#15 Water Drips - By he fireplace.


#16 Family Time - In front of closed staircase.


#17 I Still Hate You - Up the main stairs, near the Buck's gate.


#18 Bm Log - On the wall of the bathroom.


#19 Different Then - Near the second entrance of the bathroom.


#20 Library? - On a shelf inside the library.


#21 Bill - On a trampoline after pressing the library button once.


#22 Fairday - Near the door after pressing the library button for the second time.


#23 Tuna Bats - When you are on the roof go right. It's near a chair and some tuna cans.


#24 Pear Chair - You can see it from note #23. Go back on the roof and drop down where the note is.


#25 Grow Room - In the balcony with the blue lights.


#26 Anything Weird? - When you have to crouch to stay undetected, go upstairs. It's inside the room on the right.


#27 Curly In Charge - On the floor of the room right before the bridge.


#28 Check In - Just after note #27.


#29 Tower Date - In the room with cage in the middle of the bridge.


#30 Hungry? - Behind some metal bars in the area with the fourth button.


#31 Burn This - Same area as #30, on a green couch.


#32 Match Styx - On a chair near the blue matchbox.


#33 The Bats Changed - When you have to exit through a window, go left and around the corner.


#34 Private Munch - Go back and around the other corner, then get inside through the window. It's on the bench to the right (Halfway There should pop up here).

#35/#36 Gretel/Hansel - Go through the other window and drop down.




#XX Piotr - Outside of Piotr's cage. This one doesn't appear in your notes and doesn't count towards the achievement.


#37 Shower - On your second visit to the mansion, inside the bedroom's toilet.


#38 Why Buck? - Inside the left room of the asylum floor.


#39 Under The Porch - In the scrapyard, near the fire.


#40 Just Shave It - Keep going straight, go through the gate with the button and then go right.


#41 Lets Decorate Together - Go back and turn right before gate. It's on a table.


#42 Narwhal Contract - Go back again, through the gate and then turn right.


#43 Narwhal Regret - Keep going and you'll find it on bath tub.


#44 Threshold - Keep going forward and it will be on a bookshelf.


#45 Litttelest Ones - From #45, take the left path. It's in front of the big tombstone.


#46 Basement Blues - Go back where #45 was and take path with green arrow.


#47 Behind Buck - Right behind Buck. Don't try to get it right away or you'll be killed.


#48 No Name - Inside the green corridor after taking e lift.


#49 Tour? - Take a left in front of Grandmother. It's on the floor of the next room.


#50 She's Moving Out - Near the three buttons.


#51 Let's Recall - Following the middle button cable, it's on the ground floor.


#52 TeeVeeRoom - Inside the little room near note #52.


#53 XX - Upstairs, inside the closet.


#54 Sad - Upstairs, inside the first bedroom.


#55 Mask Work - Upstairs, inside the second bedroom.


#56 Her Bedroom - Upstairs, inside the master bedroom.


#57 Secret - In the secret place behind the curtain of the master bedroom.


#58 Outside Time - On the ground near the cable you have to connect.


#59 Dinner Party - Connecting the cable upstairs will open two rooms downstairs. The note is in the one where the grandchildren were.


#60 Halfway House - Inside the room in front of the one with note #59.


#61 In The Blue Light - Following the left button cable, it's on an armchair.


#62 Spirit Form - While on the wooden bridge, go inside the second room to the left.


#63 Pump Room - Go back to the bridge and you'll find it on your path.


#64 Visiting Closed - Following the right button cable, it's on the other side of some rollers.


#65 Visiting Hours - It's on your right after the elevator falls.


#66 Oh, Folding Flesh - After the first series of bubbles you'll land on a high platform. Turn left and look down to see the note below you.


#67 Alice's Lullaby - On a sign after the first bubbles section.


#68 And In Conclusion - Near the end of the game, inside the room with the EXIT sign.
