World In Conflict Massgate Servers Back Online! + How to Play

Hey everyone!

If you're like me, you are probably dying to be able to play this game online again without Tungle or any LAN programs.

Ubisoft Massive has shutdown the Massgate multiplayer system in December 2015 -- this means that people could only play the mod through LAN or skirmish matches against bots.

Since then, tenerifs, Nukem and HouseBee have been working hard to resurrect the Massgate system back into service using community-made patch to World in Conflict.

Instructions:

Visit http://www.massgate.org/ for more in-depth instructions or if you'd like to pick up a copy of the game (Free).

1) Non-Steam users, update World in Conflict to version 1.011[www.massgate.org], make sure you choose the proper language.

2) Download and install the Multiplayer fix.[www.massgate.org]

3) Enjoy World in Conflict the way it should be!

You may get this error message:
'The program can't start because MSVCR110.dll is missing from your computer.'

Fix: Install Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable Update 4 (vcredist_x86.exe / vcredist_x64.exe).

Windows XP is not supported as of this time.

Thanks! I have the DVD of WIC:SA from like 2009 and I was confused at the chinese text I was seeing in the game frontend launcher.

@Halcon Fire - Check steam home folders, and ubi should have the same layout. Just follow the directions, but instead of steam its under Uplay

eyyyy, how can i do this? Because i have it in Uplay and when i wanna play online appears an error saying that im not conected to the massgate servers. what is that ? any help? sorry for my bad english.

You need a cd key off of the massgate site to create an account.
