Figured I just let everyone know about this, I did EXACTLY what video for recommended instructed and ran into this weird issue so I am hoping this gets fixed next update, but still awesome :) thank you so much I will just be sure to use HWM\Medic for when I want to color gloves and all that separate and keep him looking like original if need original red or blue ^^ keep up awesome work.
Because paintable materials require certain VMT commands to work and the original VMTs don't have those commands, these have to be in a modfolder in the same pathway and be named the same as the original materials (VMTs).
That modfolder must have a higher priority than both the TF and TF_Movies modFolders so these VMTs are read first and the originals ignored when the modfolder is active.
You should never over write original materials or textures or use the usermod modfolder with modded files.
You should always use custom modfolders and use the hierarchy of folders to control custom files
I'm There! Where do I find it, and how much will it cost? Pls Help
That is what I get from your question. It's all about DETAILS. No one can help without them.
