Original mod by deathshadow,well here's Arbiter from Halo 3 replacing Francis with Coach's animations. I've always liked Halo, specifically Halo Reach. Forge Mode is the funnest gamemode, to me, anyway. This was a request by MetaGarudamon. His "light" model isn't replaced, but hey, at least it's Arbiter.

for some strange reason the game is saying theres a conflicting file between THIS mod and a mod that changes the names of zoey and rochell WHY!!!!!!!

If you're doing requests, I would really love if you also did the other two elites (the red and blue one) from the Halo 3 Coop campagin (I notice you already did Master Chief) to make a complete set!
