You have do this twice, one time with "True" and one time with "False".
Get an Autoclicker. I got mine from here[sourceforge.net]
Locate your curser where the small box on "True" is located. This way it will click on true but also on OK in the next screen. It will autoclick on the buttons.

There's gonna be 200 questions.

For the second round go for the box that's located on "False".

If you've played twice you should have all achievements.
