Please follow a similar instruction as this first on how to use TexMod on Steam, and rename the original Game.exe to GameOriginal.exe before putting TexMod.exe and rename as Game.exe on the game folder within C:\[your folder location]...\steamapps\common\Spider-Man (TM) SD\:

  • Cosmic Black Suit are not previewed yet, but confirmed as just a simple black recolor on the white cosmic body parts.
    • NOTE: Ultimate not included due to his Cosmic Costume is the Black Suit Symbiote one

  • Raimi's Spidey Suit (with original Circuit Lines)

@LarsKusanagi I just tried your save file, and I still get the same error. "The selected save file is corrupted or invalid." Renaming the game's exe causes save files to become incompatible, and you need to do that to link Texmod to the game. I'm not sure what to do, or how you managed to bypass it.

My drivers are up to date. I am on Windows 10, but as I said before, compatibility mode didn't help so I don't think it's to do with my OS. Basically the problem is renaming the game's exe causes the save file to become confused, and it can't identify and link to the game because you've renamed it. When you reset the exe's name, it can attach again. So I need to be able to change how the file works in some way, but it's an encrypted text file.

@TheEspio001 It is likely either:
* Your Graphic Driver requires update. Mine uses Windows 8 & AMD Radeon, as i used an AMD Driver Update Detector to find a suitable Driver Update to make my computer fast
* Or likely has to do with setting on some settings besides compatibility mode

I've tried turning off my antivirus, and running the game in compatibilty mode for Windows 7, but I still get the same error. I could try that, but I'd really like to keep my save if possible. I asked a friend to test the game with Texmod, and he got the exact same error as me, so it's not too uncommon.

So does anyone have any ideas? Even a "I have no clue how to help" is better than no response, at least then I can move on to something else.

Any chance for a mirror? The Droplink has been disabled for a few days now...
