We stopped selling the basic Artist/Steam Edition tier at the end of 2016.
We found that a lot of beginners were jumping into that tier when they were really a Music Creator/Home Studio customer and were in over their heads.
The $49/199/499 tier system is a bit easier to communicate to end users and the lower entry price kept people a bit happier when they were lost. Especially when they're just learning how to setup their hardware and aren't even 'recording' yet.
That stated, we'll be running some promotions for your tier in the next few months to help get you guys into the next Professional level. We haven't forgotten about all you!
