These are simply the methods I used to gain 3 star ratings, their may be other ways but following this guide should help you gain the achievements you have left to gain.

@TheWhiteTiger: This guide was last edited in 2017 mate. They've had a few updates since then. I'll update the guide at some point when I can be bothered to replay the game.
