Pet Craft Too gives certain pets the ability to produce items during the processes of chasing the Carrot on a Stick.

After you learn the "Carrot On a Stick" engram, place it, and a fishing rod in your pet's inventory.
Next, drag the "bait" over the fishing pole, and, then watch as your pet begin to chase after the bait (more details).

While your pet is chasing after the bait, he will produce naturally occurring items over time.
For example your pet scorpion will create two bio-toxins,with a random chance to create a bio-toxin plus, after fifteen minutes(configureable) of chasing.

This mod is clean and stackable. This mod does not remap any NPCs, and should work with other mods that do remap NPCs.
