This is a short guide to all the achievements in Beyond Eyes. Please remember that spoilers are unpleaseant but necessary.

Courage
Chapter 2: There is a cow in a pen on the left side of your path. Pick the flowers next to it and walk near. Firstly, you will fail, but if you pick another flower, Rae will feed the cow.

Persistence
Chapter 2: After feeding the cow for the "Courage" achievement, cross the bridge to the right and open the door to the chicken coop. Walk behind one of the chickens to force it out the door and across the bridge you just walked over.

Bravery
Chapter 3: After recovering the ball, Lily will lure the dog away, allowing you to climb the fence. You will then need to back away from the dog until you fall down. When you get back up, approach the dog and interact with it for the achievement.

Lonely
Chapter 3: On the playground where you are looking for the ball, find the swing and take a seat.

Thoughtful
Chapter 4: After obtaining the bread, cross a bridge and turn to the right where you will find some ducks. Feed them some of the bread.

Adventure
Chapter 4: After feeding the seagulls, return over the bridge and pick a flower. Rae will drop it in the water, but it will get stuck on a rock. Cross the bridge again, get through the gate on the left and over the next bridge. Displace the dropped flower from the rock on the other side and you will get the achievement.

timothy added: "It doesn't work if you are right next to the flowers. Once you get the green sash of action take a step back. Walking up to the flowers is part of the animation."

Attraction
Chapter 6: There are five butterflies to collect:
1) At the end of the train tracks directly to the right.
2) As you head toward the stream, keep left.
3) After exiting from the stone tunnel, get right.
4) Keep going right and cross the train tracks, next to the pile of logs.
5) After crossing the stepping stones, look for it in the yard of the house to the left.

Closure
Complete your journey. Story related and can not be missed.

1) There are 14 Nani-experiences in the game. They are very short cinematics showing the cat that you are chasing during your journey.

2) There are 17 truths in the game. These happen when you see something in the distance and "see" what you think it sounds like, and then it transforms into what it really is as you get closer. Most of these are hard to miss.

Imagination
1) Chapter 2: Story related.
2) Chapter 2: After finding the scarecrow, pass into the next area and keep to the left.
3) Chapter 2: Story related.
4) Chapter 3: Story related.
5) Chapter 3: Near the chicken coop to the right of the barking dog.
6) Chapter 3: After the dog runs off with his owner, follow the stream on the left.
7) Chapter 3: In the playground, after sitting on the swing, interact with the see saw.
8) Chapter 4: Story related.
9) Chapter 4: (Must have "Bravery" achievement from Chapter 3!) - The now-friendly dog will run off again. Go in the gate to the right of where he was.
10) Chapter 5: Story related.
11) Chapter 5: Story related.
12) Chapter 6: Story related.
13) Chapter 6: After collecting butterfly #2, keep following the stream.
14) Chapter 6: Story related.

Truth
1) Chapter 2: The fountain will turn into a sewage grate.
2) Chapter 2: The clothes line will turn into a scarecrow.
3) Chapter 2: The crows will turn into chickens.
4) Chapter 2: Story related.
5) Chapter 3: The car will turn into a guy pushing a lawnmower.
6) Chapter 3: (Same spot as Nani experience 5) - Nani pawing at a tree will turn into a bunch of rats.
7) Chapter 3: (Complete the "Bravery" achievement) - The mean dog will turn nice.
8) Chapter 4: The coughing dude will turn into the dog owner.
9) Chapter 4: The car next to the cafe will turn into a delivery truck.
10) Chapter 4: Story related.
11) Chapter 5: The broken crate will turn into a manhole.
12) Chapter 5: The swing set will turn into a Ferris wheel.
13) Chapter 5: Story related.
14) Chapter 5: Story related.
15) Chapter 6: The house will become under construction.
16) Chapter 6: Story related.
17) Chapter 7: Story related.
