Shadow the Hedgehog

Adds Shadow the hedgehog as a playable character into the game. Made using Dleowolf's extended sample character.

And a big thanks to Evgeny for coding a chaos control ability for him!

Shadow the Hedgehog is an enigmatic individual, created upon the space colony Ark and transported to the constant by unknown means.
He's fast and strong, but without the protective gold rings that he usually has access to he's a little fragile. So you should take advantage of his speed and teleportation to kite enemies without getting hit too many times. (Health was nerfed so he wouldn't be too op!)

Health is 100, sanity and hunger are both 150, but he has Wendy's sanity modifier so he's not too bothered by monsters and the dark. (Or, he shouldn't be. I still need to test that properly.)

To-Do's:
* Finish speech file
* Anim file tweaks

Possible to-do's/wishlist, but don't get your hopes up because I have no idea how to do any of these:
* Custom voice files (like the guitar from most of his theme music, I think)
* In-depth speed mechanics (Increasing over movement time with an animation change to reflect him 'skating' like how Wilbur can run in shipwrecked).
* Ranged chaos spear attack

Known bugs:
Chaos Emerald doesn't show up on the character select screen.
