The screen fades to black in 10 seconds by default, to edit this value you can use the console command glxy_blackouttime to set it to any desired length in seconds.

This addon is incompatible with addons that alter the player's death.

Does this add-on also temper with the player's hearing?
Because that would allow it to be more realistic.
If not, can you make a version that does actually make the player's hearing distort a bit while fading too?
