What I discovered:

-In mission 12, if you poison the sake then kill the NPC, it doesn't count
-Bombs are ok
-No need to save after the kill, just wait 1 second and you are good

Yes you can ! I have done it for the last one, and except if an update at changes that, it should still be okay.

Then I understand you can kill a developer guy, load a saved game before he was killed and it will be ok ? no need to finish the mission ?

I dont remember exactly, but I think it does count.
